Where most of this actually happens

You usually notice it in everyday life.

Maybe you miss more than you used to. You drive instead of walk. Work keeps you at a desk for hours. The small movements add up.

Getting up from the floor takes more effort. Carrying groceries feels heavier. Your balance feels less certain. Over 40 does not have to mean losing strength and capability.

Before you start another workout program, find out what your body actually needs.

Most programs start by telling you what to do. This one starts by finding out what you can do right now: strength, mobility, stability, and endurance.

One short audit gives you a written baseline, the two things costing you most, and the work to do first.

See where you stand

One-time $9. Completely private.

Know what needs work? Now you can do something about it.

Your results give you a starting point. If you want help improving them, Irvin offers a 12-week coaching program built around what your assessment shows.

Instead of a generic workout plan, you know what to work on and why. Interested in coaching? Start with a conversation.

Questions worth asking first.

I haven't trained in years. Is this the wrong place to start?+

No. The audit starts at your current level. You do not need to be fit before you begin.

Do I need a gym or equipment?+

No. The audit is built around movements you can do at home, with no equipment.

What if I fail most of it?+

That is useful information, not a failure. It shows us what to work on first.

Is this a workout program?+

No. It is a clear starting point. Coaching is where the 12-week training plan begins.

What does the $9 cover?+

The $9 covers the written assessment. Irvin reviews your answers.
