Way of FitnessSee where you stand

The method

Know where you are. Train with purpose.

Good training starts with an honest picture of your current ability. Then it gives you a simple next step and a way to see if it is working.

01

Assess honestly.

The audit tests useful basics: pushing, squatting, hanging, bracing, balance, and control. No ego. No comparison.

02

Work on what matters.

Your scorecard points to the two things costing you most. That is where training starts.

03

Measure again.

Progress is easier to trust when you can see it. Retest, adjust the plan, and keep building.

This is strength work for real life. The goal is not to chase exhaustion. It is to move better, feel capable, and have a plan you can keep.
